Haven for the Ravens is a safe place and sanctuary with God. This was an awesome event. It was a safe place to be in to be encouraged and uplifted in all areas of my life. Dr. Brehon is an awesome woman of God, who has opened up her heart and her sanctuary for others to be in a safe place. Her humility and wisdom are a mantle given by God to be a blessing to others.

I try to help those that I can when I can; however, this sometimes means that I neglect doing what is needed for myself physically and/or spiritually. I did not realize how much I needed time for “me” until I got out of the house (box) and spent time with my mentor. In our travels and during lunch, I answered no phone calls nor text messages. We had lunch, shared what has been going on, and even had great moments of laughter. This time was for me and I truly appreciated it. I was given words of encouragement, as always, and also advice on caring for my physical and spiritual well-being
She is a spiritual body building coach like non other! I am so thankful that she’s not only a part of my life, but my family’s life as well.

Thank you Dr. Coach for the haven for ravens. You know this past several months have been a roller coaster. But I was stern in my mind that I was not the problem. God saw that I was growing tired. He knew my cup was empty and that it was a struggle to get up everyday. I was emotionally, physically, financially and mentally struggling.
Going to the Haven, gave me closure while grieving over the loss of a loved one. I received healing, solitude, refreshments and nourishment for my body, renewal, clarity and transformation. I could say so much more. Thank you!!!

It sure does feel good to be poured into while being taken seriously and connecting on divine levels of opportunity and development. The Haven made it make sense. Now its time to soar.
I believe that our lives can and will be restored and redeemed by the same God that made a way through the sea and provided the shoes to push through that never wore out. KEEP PUSHING!
